Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges within 14 days from the date you receive your product.
To be eligible for an exchange:
- The request must be made within 14 days of receipt.
- You must provide your order number, order date, and date of receipt.
- The product must be unused and in the same condition as received.
- All original packaging, invoice, price tags, and identification tags must be intact.
- The item must be securely packed when returned. Any damage during transit due to improper packaging will remain the customer’s responsibility.
If the original product is unavailable or out of stock, you may choose another product of equal or higher value. No refund will be issued for exchanges made for lower-value items.
Exchange requests are typically processed within 10–15 working days after the returned product is received and inspected.
Refund Policy
Refunds are accepted within 14 days of purchase, subject to the following conditions:
Refunds are applicable in cases where:
- An incorrect product was delivered.
- The product is defective.
- The product was damaged during shipping.
- The product has been tampered with before delivery.
To qualify for a refund:
- The product must be returned in its original condition with all packaging, tags, and invoice.
- Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment.
- Processing time may take between 10 to 45 days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are not eligible for cash refunds.
You may also choose to receive a store voucher valid for one year instead of a refund.
